Easy DIY Easter Garland

IMG_3253.jpeg

This is the first time I’ve ever decorated for Easter. The only actual East decor I had was the concrete egg. The garland isn’t fancy; it’s just simple. What more can you hope for in a DIY though?

Here’s the full video on how to make this easy DIY garland. (What you need it typed out below the video.)

Here’s what you need to make it, too:

  1. Dye Eggs: I got mine from Walmart for $2 per dozen. It comes with the dye packs and bags to dye the eggs in.

  2. Paint: Only if you want to. I sprayed mine with green and then splattered white paint for some depth.

  3. Twine or string to hang the eggs.

  4. Plastic Needle: I got mine at Walmart. It just needs a big enough eye to get the twine through.

  5. Drill + drill bit: Use a bit that is the same width as your needle. The eye of the needle will need to pass through the egg.

  6. Wood Beads: I stained wooden beads to add to my garland. You could use anything you want or use nothing at all.

I hope you enjoy getting creative with this DIY! If you decide to give it a try, let me know! If you share, make sure you tag me on social media so I don’t miss it. I LOVE seeing you get creative!

Happy Making,

Megan
